1) ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Standard Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

Includes payment verification, packaging, QC, and customs documents.

 

Priority Processing (Optional Upgrade)

Cost: $2.95 USD

Benefit: Ships within 24 hours

Note: Does not change transit time.

• Business days = Mon–Fri

• Orders Fri–Sun start Monday

• Peak seasons may extend processing

 

2) INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Ships from China via international carriers, handed off to national postal services.

Europe – Local postal

3) DELIVERY TIMES (ESTIMATED)

Begins AFTER processing.

 

USA: 4–10 business days → Total 5–12

Europe: 7–10 → Total 8–12

Canada: 7–10 → Total 8–12

Australia/NZ: 7–15 → Total 8–17

Asia: 7–15 → Total 8–17

4) ORDER TRACKING

Tracking number provided after shipment.

Updates occur as package moves through logistics.

International orders may potentially be subject to duties & taxes at additional charge to the purchaser.

Ships to most countries.

Exceptions apply:

7) DELIVERY ISSUES

Package Marked Delivered, Not Received:

Check mailbox/neighbor/porch.

Wait 24 hours, then contact Maison Mirrou. 

 

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Check tracking.

If lost, refund or replacement issued.

 

Incorrect Address:

Customer responsible for address.

Returned packages reshipped free.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

Email photos within 48 hours.

Replacement or refund provided.

 

8) SHIPPING INSURANCE

Not sold separately.

Lost/damaged orders replaced or refunded.
