Maison Mirrou — Return & Exchange Policy

At Maison Mirrou, we want you to feel confident and stylish in every purchase. While we hope you love every item, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Sale Items – FINAL SALE

Items purchased on sale, promotion, markdown, bundle discount, flash sale, or purchased using a sitewide discount greater than 20%, are final sale.

• No refunds

• No exchanges

• No store credit

Maison Mirrou cannot accept returns on sale merchandise under any circumstances.

 

2. Regular-Priced Items — Returns & Exchanges

Regular-priced merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 10 calendar days of the delivery date.

Conditions:

• Must be unworn, unused, unwashed

• All original packaging must remain intact

• Free of wear, scratches, marks, perfume, or makeup

Maison Mirrou reserves the right to deny a return if the item shows any signs of use.

 

3. Requesting a Return or Exchange

Customers must email support@maisonmirrou.com with:

• Full name

• Order number

• Item(s) you’d like to return

• Reason for return

• Exchange or refund preference

A prepaid return label will be issued if applicable. Return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund.

 

4. Exchanges

Exchanges apply to regular-priced items only.

• Must be requested within 10 days of delivery

• Subject to inventory availability

If the exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued (minus shipping).

 

5. Refunds

Refunds apply to regular-priced items only.

• Refunded to the original payment method

• Allow 7–10 business days after inspection for processing

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

Returns outside the 10-day window may be eligible for store credit at Maison Mirrou’s discretion.

 

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Email support@maisonmirrou.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos.

Maison Mirrou will replace or refund the item at no cost.

Claims after 72 hours are not guaranteed support.

 

7. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale/discounted products

• Sitewide promotions, BOGO, Black Friday, etc.

• Mystery bundles

• Gift cards

• Used items or those missing original packaging

 

8. International Orders

International returns accepted on regular-priced items only.

• Shipping costs are customer’s responsibility

• Duties/taxes are non-refundable

Maison Mirrou currently does not offer international exchanges.

 

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Maison Mirrou is not responsible for packages marked delivered but not received.

Please check neighbors, concierge, carrier, or local post office.

If a carrier confirms loss, Maison Mirrou may issue replacement/credit at discretion.

 

10. Return Policy Abuse

Maison Mirrou monitors return activity.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service

• Block future orders

• Restrict returns

If detected excessive or fraudulent activity.

 

11. Policy Updates

Maison Mirrou may update this policy at any time without notice.

The effective date will always reflect the latest version.
